Hello Summer!!!

We all LOVE summer and everything that comes along with it! The start has been so great! Blue skies, sunny, and WARM!!! We have been to the pool everyday so far and I expect we will be there everyday until school starts again!

Kayla's Last Day of 3rd Grade

I can't believe I am going to have 4th grader!!! Where did time go? Kayla had such a great 3rd grade year, she had her first male teacher and absolutely adored him! She had the opportunity to do some great projects and thrived!!! She was pretty emotional about leaving Mr. Hess behind, but it exctied to move on to 4th grade!

Allie's Last Day of 1st Grade

Allie had a fantastic 1st grade year. She learned a lot, excelled in ready and math, made lots of friends and had an amazing teacher. She is excited about moving on to second grade, but a little sad about leaving first grade behind!

Talent Show

Kayla was in the school talent show with her class doing a skit of "Little Bunny Foo Foo." She was the good fairy! It was very cute:)

Dad's and Doughnuts!

The last week of school Allie's class had Dad's and Doughnuts to celebrate Father's Day! They ate doughnuts, helped them clean their tables with shaving cream and tought them house to shave using a balloon and a stick!

Teacher for a Day!

Allie had teacher for a day today! She chose to teach Cupcake Decorating! She definatley is more of a decorator than a teacher but she did a good job! The kids all loved it and were most excited to eat them!!!

Field Days

Allie and Kayla both had field day last week! The weather ended up being great both days and they had a great time! I worked Allie's day, so I didn't get many pictures of her, but I got to walk around with Kayla and watch all the activities on her day!

Kayla's Field Trip to the Water Festival at CSU!

Kayla's class went on a fun field trip to CSU and learned ALL about water! It was a really fun time and her last field trip of the 3rd grade year!!!

Zoo Field Trip

The first graders went on a field trip to the Denver Zoo today! It was great fun but WOW it was exhausting!

Another one bites the dust!!!

Allie lost another tooth today! She is so excited....the toothfairy is gonna go broke!

Once Upon a Lilly Pad

Allie had her spring music program last night. It was called "Once Upon a Lilly Pad" and was so so cute! Her class was dressed as Egrets(a type of bird). She did such a great job and knew ALL the moves! We bought a video and I can't wait to watch it again!
