Kayla is officially a 3rd grader.....how does this happen? She is very excited about moving on and her new teacher, Mr. Hess. But, she will miss Mrs. Holder terribly! We had 2 GREAT years with her!

Max and Jordan got haircuts today! Max LOVES riding in the car and sticking his head out the window, but has to be held onto or he would jump out! Oreo just can't resist being the center of attention at all time!

I can't believe my baby girl is going to be in first grade. She is excited and a little nervous. But, we are all ready for summer!

It's beginning to feel like summer......

We took the kids to the pool for the first time this season tonight! They LOVE the water. Andy and I aren't tough enough to get in when it's only 70 degrees out!

Butterfly Pavillion

Kayla's 2nd grade class had a field trip to the Butterfly Pavillion in Denver today! It was a lot of fun and we did lots of interesting things! I can't believe we only have 2.5 days of 2nd grade left. I am happy and sad all at once...

Chores

My kids love chores!!! We gave them a couple new things this weekend and you would have thought we took them to Disney World! Allie got to use the swiffer and Kayla got to vacuum! Andy thinks this revalation is a great one!!!

Lunch Date

After Kayla's bug presentation we took her and a couple girls out for lunch to the Olive Garden! They had soooo much fun! We took Allie out of class early to join us!

Bug Presentation

The 2nd graders learned about bugs. Each student picked their own to be an expert on. Kayla picked the dragonfly. She did research at school and wrote a report. She made a dragonfly poster at home and they invited all the parents to school to do their bug presentations! She did such a great job!

Farm Field Trip

I went will Allie and her class on the farm field trip last week! We had lots of fun until a goat ate Allie's bag of food! Always an adventure at the farm!!!
