Basketball Camp

The girls did a basketball camp between Christmas and New Years. This was the first time for Allie and and the third time for Kayla. They LOVED it and did a great job!

Christmas Day

We all slept in Christmas Day...whoohoo!!! When we got up the kids had present from Santa awaiting! Kayla's favorite gift was an Overhead Projector that yes, SHE asked for! Allie loved the $100 dollar bills she got and her Liv dolls! We spent the rest of the day at my parents house, eating and opening more presents! They got the entire ZHU ZHU pet world from Grandma and Grandpa....fun for hours:)

Christmas Eve

We celebrated Christmas Eve at our house with family this year. Food, games and entertainment from the kids!

Holiday Hoedown 2009

Kayla had her school music progam last night and it was so much fun! She gets so excited for these shows and does such a great job!

The Story:
Santa's toy shop is in danger of going bust! No money for materials means no presents, which means no Christmas! What's the gang going to do? Finally, theh toyshop crew decides to go "on the road" to Branson, Missouri, to raise the needed funds with a down-home country music jamboree...

Swim Meet

Kayla swam in a swim meet this past weekend! It's the first meet we have made it to since summer and she did amazing! She placed in EVERYTHING she swam! Way to go Kayla!!!

Fun in the Snow!

We got about 6" of snow on Saturday night! Sunday was the perfect day to go sledding! The sun was out and it wasn't too cold! The girls had a blast and Andy did too;)

Halloween Weekend in Nebraska...

We spent a long weekend in Nebraska celebrating Halloween, visiting great-grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins! I think I must be tired because I have no creative thoughts at the moments, so I will let the pictures explain it all!

Halloween Parties at School

The girls had their parties at school today! Always lots of fun especially after 2 snow days in a row! Allie dressed as Cindy Lou Who and Kayla as an Olympic Swimmer! They both had some fun costumes in their class too:)

Snow Day #2

Another snow day! Another fun day with the girls! The snow stopped in the morning so we ventured out into the freezing cold! It was the grand opening of the new
Chick-fil-a that the girls had been dying to go to...so we were able to do that, a little shopping and a Starbucks stop! We did have almost 2 feet of snow:)

October 28th Snow Day

Snow day in October?!?!? It's true! We have about a foot on the ground and it's not supposed to stop until tomorrow night at 6pm. We have had a fun filled day of Halloween activites! Movies, toes and cookies! Kayla wanted her toes pained like candy corn and Allie wanted witches on hers! They worked hard making sugar cookies and decorating them - sometimes with WAY too many sprinkles!
